How I work:

Over the many years I've done this - I've found a structure that worked for both me and the founders I work with - and the way I wish my advisor relationships were setup. It emphasises value over time, and access over office hours.

Regular Sessions

I tend to work on a weekly cadence, with a one-hour 1:1 session at the same time every week. This gives you a safe-space every week, one for which you don't need to prepare.

24/7 Access

Outside of that weekly time, I am available as needed by email or message, to deal with issues as and when they come up. Things in business don't tend to work to a schedule...

Extra time

I have general availability to join for interviews or Board Meetings or as events demand on a simple pro-rated basis.

Rates

I have constructed a standard monthly rate, that tends to be affordable for most businesses, with no ongoing commitment.
